Amanda graduated from Dalhousie University in 2020, obtaining a Masters of Science in Physiotherapy and was licensed shortly thereafter. With a background in Kinesiology, she is focused on treating the primary issue as much as the symptoms. She enjoys treating all areas of the body and has specific interests in musculoskeletal injuries, mental health support, and para-sport. Her treatment style is to support you reaching your goals through education and exercise with a sprinkle of manual therapy.

Amanda graduated from Sutherland-Chan School of Massage Therapy in 2022 and was licensed shortly thereafter. With a background in Kinesiology, she is focused on treating the primary issue as much as the symptoms. While comfortable applying general Swedish techniques, she enjoys addressing the myofascial system as well. She enjoys treating all areas of the body and has specific interests in musculoskeletal injuries, mental health support, sleep support and breast massage (pre/post natal, gender transitioning, menopause, related surgeries). Often leaning towards deeper pressure techniques, she’s able to adjust for people of all preferences and needs. Whether one is seeking to treat a specific concern, or a time of relaxation Amanda strives to ensure a well-rounded experience.
